New Patient: The Appointment Helpdesk will require your contact number to register and generate your Unique Identification Number (AH number) required to book an appointment. This is applicable for both Indian as well as International Patients.
Follow up Patient: To book a follow up in-person appointment, call the Appointment Helpdesk and share your unique identification number (AH number) created during the first online or offline appointment. They will guide you to book your appointment. If you do not have an AH number, you can provide your registered contact number instead.

Cancellation: To cancel a scheduled appointment, contact the Appointment Helpdesk to receive assistance for cancellation.
The patient should reach the hospital on time and notify in case of delay. The patient needs to bring all the medical reports and the latest medical prescriptions. Follow up patients need to do the required tests suggested by their consulting physician before coming for their appointment.

When uploading documents like Angiography CD, ensure that it is in DICOM format. Please ensure we have access rights to download the reports that you are sending digitally.
The patient needs to revert to the email confirmation that they would have received for the Online Appointment from vcoffice@ahirc.com. They need to send all the medical reports and latest medical prescriptions, their Aadhar card, a duly filled-out PIP consultation form, and a consent form. We request you to notify us, in case of delays. Follow up patients need to do the required tests suggested by their consulting physician before joining their online appointment.
