I am incredibly pleased with my experience there. To begin with, I must commend the exceptional expertise and professionalism of Dr. Ramakanta Panda. As the lead surgeon for my case, he performed an outstanding job. I was diagnosed with nine blockages, necessitating five grafts. Remarkably, Dr. Panda managed to obtain all five grafts from my chest area, avoiding any incisions on my hands or legs, which is the usual practice. This approach not only minimized the invasiveness of the procedure but also significantly reduced my recovery time and discomfort. Dr. Panda had reassured me from the beginning that he would make the process as easy as possible, and he delivered on that promise with remarkable efficiency. A surgeon of his caliber, with such exceptional talent and expertise, truly deserves the highest respect. In addition to Dr. Panda, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Vijay D'Silva and Dr. Sunil Vanzara. Both doctors skillfully managed my case with comprehensive understanding and surgical precision. Their dedication and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout my treatment, contributing significantly to the success of my surgery. My overall experience is good. I am fully satisfied with the hospital staff, everyone who works for the patients. I recommend this hospital to my friends and family. I was admitted with 9 blockages in my heart. They did it very smoothly, taking all my grafts inside LIMA and RIMA. My overall experience was awesome; I have never seen any hospital like this all over India. They maintained a very good family welcome and an infection-free environment. My father underwent a CABG in may 2023, but in May 2024, He was suspected with a heart attack at vasai because of a abnormal ECG. So we brought him at Asian Heart in an emergency. I had a thinking that big hospitals generate big bills but Asian heart broke this myth. Dr. Glory at day care reported minute details and calmed us. In the ICU Dr. Tilak suwarna doubted the heart attack and finally after 2 days of investigations, He came to a conclusion that there was not attack at all. The hospital could have easily asked us to go for an angiography and a Bumper bill could have been raised but they were honest with their work. I am extremely impressed by their work ethics. But one thing that i remained most impressed was the guy at the reception Mr. Ashif. He was a superman with his work. He has the entire hospital intercom numbers at his finger tips. He was real quick and clear with his answers. You ask any queries regarding patient status/ hospital facilities, He promplty gives a satisfying solution. He has answers to all your queries. He is extremely busy at the desk but i don’t know how he manages to keep a smile when relatives of the patients come up to him. In a very short sentence i can say that “Mr. Ashif is for Patient’s relatives/friends, just like Doctors are for Patients at Asian Heart.” Thankyou very much Mr. Ashif & Asian Heart.
