My father underwent a CABG in may 2023, but in May 2024, He was suspected with a heart attack at vasai because of a abnormal ECG. So we brought him at Asian Heart in an emergency. I had a thinking that big hospitals generate big bills but Asian heart broke this myth. Dr. Glory at day care reported minute details and calmed us. In the ICU Dr. Tilak suwarna doubted the heart attack and finally after 2 days of investigations, He came to a conclusion that there was not attack at all. The hospital could have easily asked us to go for an angiography and a Bumper bill could have been raised but they were honest with their work. I am extremely impressed by their work ethics. But one thing that i remained most impressed was the guy at the reception Mr. Ashif. He was a superman with his work. He has the entire hospital intercom numbers at his finger tips. He was real quick and clear with his answers. You ask any queries regarding patient status/ hospital facilities, He promplty gives a satisfying solution. He has answers to all your queries. He is extremely busy at the desk but i don’t know how he manages to keep a smile when relatives of the patients come up to him. In a very short sentence i can say that “Mr. Ashif is for Patient’s relatives/friends, just like Doctors are for Patients at Asian Heart.” Thankyou very much Mr. Ashif & Asian Heart.
