Dr. Saumeel Mehtalia

Dr. Saumeel Mehtalia, MBBS, MD (General Medicine), is an accomplished Diabetologist specialising in Diabetes and Thyroid Disorders. Apart from Asian Heart Institute, he is also associated with other prestigious hospitals in Mumbai.

He earned his MD in General Medicine from Pramukh Swami Medical College, Gujarat, India in 2004 and his MBBS from K.J. Somaiya Medical College, Mumbai, India in 1999.

His areas of interest include Intensive Insulin Therapy in critically ill patients, newer Anti-Diabetic Agents, and Continuous Subcutaneous Insulin Infusion (CSII).
