Dr. Rishabh Neeraj Kapoor is a cardiothoracic surgeon with over nine years of dedicated practice at Asian Heart Institute, Mumbai — one of India’s foremost centres for cardiac care. He completed his MBBS from RCSM Government Medical College, Kolhapur, followed by his DrNB in Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery from Asian Heart Institute, where he has since built his entire clinical career.
Dr. Kapoor’s surgical expertise spans the full spectrum of adult cardiac surgery, with a particular focus on coronary revascularisation. He is experienced in off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG), internal mammary artery harvesting, conduit preparation, and complex anastomosis techniques. He also participates in aortic root replacements, redo CABG, and valve surgery, and is a member of the institute’s Minimally Invasive Cardiac Surgery (MICS) unit.
