A gold medalist and university rank holder, Dr. Shah completed his DM from Sion Hospital, Mumbai, and emerged as one of the top scorers from India in the prestigious European Specialty Examination in Gastroenterology and Hepatology (ESEGH – UK).
He has performed over 1,000 upper GI endoscopies and 500+ colonoscopies, including complex therapeutic procedures such as endoscopic variceal ligation, sclerotherapy, stricture dilatation, polypectomy, foreign body removal, and argon plasma coagulation. His proficiency extends to advanced ERCP procedures like bile duct stone extraction, biliary strictures, post-operative bile injury management, and pancreatic duct stenting.
