Dr. Arnav H. Tongaonkar

MD, DM (Medical Oncology), MRCP (UK), ECMO, is an esteemed Consultant Medical Oncologist and Hemato-Oncologist at the Asian Heart Institute, specialising in the management of Solid Tumors, Hematological Malignancies, Immunotherapy, Targeted Therapy, and Precision Oncology.

He completed his MD in Internal Medicine from Seth GS Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai, followed by a DM in Medical Oncology from Tata Memorial Hospital, India’s apex cancer care institute. He also holds the MRCP (UK), the European Certification in Medical Oncology (ECMO), and a Certification in Immuno-Oncology from Harvard Medical School.

His clinical focus spans Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, Gastrointestinal and Genitourinary Cancers, Lymphomas, Multiple Myeloma, Leukemia, and comprehensive systemic cancer care delivered through evidence-based, multidisciplinary treatment approaches. He has been associated with several reputed institutions across Mumbai and has multiple scientific publications in international peer-reviewed journals, alongside active involvement in academic oncology forums and multidisciplinary tumor boards.
