If you are visiting Asian Heart hospital for the first time, you need to register. You will be issued an AH number, which should be quoted every time you come to the hospital for easy and effective trace ability of your previous medical records.
Booking would stand cancelled in case the requisite amount as explained above is not paid. In case the cancellation is done by the patient:
Payment can be made in cash / demand draft / pay order. Pay order/ demand draft should be drawn in favour of 'Asian Heart Institute'. Management at its discretion can accept credit cards, but the applicable service charge will be borne by the patient. The payment for NRI patients / patients of foreign origin shall be accepted only in USD / EURO / POUND. Payment in foreign currency does not attract any surcharge.
Kindly note: Patients who are insured or have their company pay for their medical expenses (corporate patients) are requested to clarify all details before admission with their your respective insurance agent/ company. Patients are requested to deposit all their valuable personal belongings in the safe deposit locker available at the security gate. Relatives who will accompany the patient are kindly requested to restrict the belongings that they carry. AHI is not responsible for any loss or theft.
When you come for the admission you will be either sent to the bed allotted to you or to the pathology department if certain tests need to be carried out. One relative will accompany you to the ward and another relative will wait at the admission counter to complete the admission formalities. Admission formalities for Deluxe and Suite class are done in the room.
